Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.
You may request a change or cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.


Will my entire order arrive in one package?

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.


Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take?

For most U.S. customers, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and seasonal demand.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we require a physical street address for delivery. P.O. Box addresses are not supported by most shipping partners.


Are customs duties or import taxes included?

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return and refund window, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Verified delivery or fulfillment issues

Items not reported within 14 days are considered delivered in satisfactory condition.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Photo or video evidence is required

  • Replacement items are shipped after approval and return confirmation (or tracking submission)


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video evidence

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the situation.


What if my order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Contact us within 14 days

  • You may be asked to initiate a delivery investigation with the shipping carrier

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds, if approved, may exclude original shipping fees


Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Returns due to personal preference or change of mind are:

  • Reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Accepted only if the item is unused and in original packaging
