We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if necessary.
Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Multiple Package Shipments
To provide the fastest possible delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped from different fulfillment locations. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different delivery dates.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Voltrazo covers applicable customs duties and import taxes for eligible shipments. If you are unexpectedly charged customs fees or import duties upon delivery, please contact our support team before making any payment so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Voltrazo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.
